Primary Documents
Primary documents serve as our most direct connections to the past. They are publications, videos, anthologies, letters, photographs, narratives, etc. that were created at the time or place of an event. Without them, history itself is subject to conjecture. Fortunately, we have an extensive compilation right here on the Little Rock Central High Memory Project website.
Our collection is always expanding. If you have any primary documents you would like to contribute to the Memory Project, please send them to george.west@lrsd.org. Images should be in jpeg format, and any type of text file is fine as long as it is compatible with concurrent versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari. If you include a title and/or brief description, we’ll include them as well.
